FLUX at Wellington Museum

Flux at Wellington Museum

It’s a dynamic new space.

FLUX is a space located on the ground floor of Wellington Museum.

Aimed at 18-30 year olds, the space will be used to explore different ideas and perspectives through exhibitions, public programmes, workshops and experiences.
The word flux is about continuous change and the flow of things or people in and out of a space  – and that’s exactly what this new space will bring –  opening the space up for the community to share their stories through art, photography, performance, virtual reality, multimedia and much more.

A space where we can help you share your story.

Flux is run by a co-op, who guided by a kaupapa based on diversity and inclusion, make the decisions around how the space is used and operated. The co-op is more than happy to meet and talk with anyone who is keen to be involved.  So if you have an idea for an event, or would like to use the space for your own exhibition, performance or workshop, email us at  flux@experiencewellington.org.nz or contact us on facebook and we can help you with how to set this up.
