Explore the Earth, Sun, and Moon 

Years 1–4

Ākonga take a journey to explore Te Ao Mārama and how the movements of the Earth, sun and moon are connected. Hands-on learning experiences enable them to deepen their understanding of day and night, years, and seasons. This programme works well as ignition or consolidation for ākonga science inquiries.

Duration: 2 hours (1.5 hours is recommended for younger students)

Cost: This visit is $7.50 per student. Adults $7.50, one free adult for every eight students.
