Delve into the Māori lunisolar calendar, exploring its deep connections with the environment. By observing patterns in nature, the stars in the night sky, and the phases of the moon, ākonga learn to track the months and local rhythms of the Maramataka.
This programme includes a live talk in the planetarium about the night sky.
Duration: 2 hours.
Cost: This visit is $7.50 per student. Adults $7.50, one free adult for every eight students.
