Natty Pīwakawaka | Fantail Necklace
This gorgeous fantail necklace features 4 small hand-painted fantails on a antique style bronze chain.
Each little fantail is laser cut then hand-painted white and metallic gold. They have each been sealed with varnish to help with protection.
The chain is approx. 65cm long and feature a lobster style clasp for easy attachment.
Known for their ‘cheet cheet’ calls and energetic flying antics, the aptly named fantail is one of the most common and widely distributed native birds in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
Natty are a Wellington based design studio, consisting of Cat McKay and Fiona Gibb.
Their gorgeous range of recycled Rimu jewellery is inspired by the flora and fauna of Aotearoa.
