Description
Made by Wellington artist John Rook, this masterfully crafted Large Copper Weta has been created entirely from twisted, turned and soldered copper wire.
This art piece can be hung on your wall, admired on your desk, or used to scare your friends!
Wētā are incredible looking creatures endemic to New Zealand. They range in size, but with their big bodies, spiny legs, and curved tusks, they are one of New Zealand’s most iconic and recognisable creepy-crawlies. John has masterfully captured their appearance using nothing but copper wire.
