New Zealand’s capital city, is a beautiful but very hilly city. The central city occupies the only flat land, around the harbour’s edge, so the suburbs are left with no choice but to climb up into the hills. The city’s most famous and well-loved attraction is the cable car that climbs to the suburb of Kelburn from Lambton Quay in the CBD. However, if you look closely at the hills around the harbour you will notice there are many cable car tracks scaling the hillsides. Private cable cars are a feature of the high-end suburbs such as Oriental Bay and Seatoun, ascending the steep slopes to reach some of the city’s most striking property. There are believed to be about 300 private cable cars in Wellington, though that number is ever increasing.
The multi-zoned DVD comes mounted on a postcard so it can easily be posted to friends and family for a handy souvenir of Wellington.
