In a remote Australian town, a team full of eccentric characters, are tasked with one of the world’s most important missions; to relay information between NASA and Apollo 11 during the mission to the moon. Based on a true story, these Aussie scientists, lead by Cliff Buxton (Sam Neil), stumble their way through a series of mishaps. With the satellite dish smack bang in the middle of a sheep farm, what could possibly go wrong?
