A great opportunity to host your staff or client Christmas party within one of the few Wellington venues that can help you control your costs through BYO and a cash bar. Let the Museum of Wellington City & Sea and The Catering Studio take care of everything – set-up, food, drinks and a private viewing of our newest exhibition. All that’s left is for you to decide who to invite and when.

Food and Service Package with BYO - $60.00 per person

  • Complementary glass of bubbles on arrival
  • 2.5 hour canapé service of 10 canapés per person
  • Service staff to serve the food and manage drinks service
  • 4x bar leaner’s with a black or white lycra cover
  • Museum staff onsite & access to exhibition spaces
Terms and Conditions
  • Minimum of 50 people.
  • Final numbers to be confirmed 1 week prior to the event day.
  • All prices are GST exclusive.
  • To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required.
  • The deposit is subtracted from the final invoice.
  • Should the function be cancelled 48 hours or less prior to commencement of the event, 75% of estimated total must be paid.
  • Payment is due within seven days of the invoice date.
  • Please deliver your own alcohol cold ready to serve.

Packages are available through November and December.
